Welcome to Dog Pals. Your premier dog training site for Western Massachusetts, Ct. and beyond. I believe in training both the mind and body of your furry friend. I will help you train your dog and teach you why dogs act the way they do. This information is critical to you and helps you understand why positive dog training is so important and so effective in meeting your training goals.

Dog Pals offers:

• One – to – One Dog Training We come to you home and work with you and your dog
• Day Training We come to your home and work with your dog while you are away
• In-Residence Training We work with your dog while he/she stays with us
• Group classes We work in a group setting with other human/dog teams
• AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program
• Dog Training Seminars for: Dogs, Kids and the Family
• Dog Trick Shows. Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Pet Expos, Fundraising events or any time you are for for entertainment.

Our services are offered throughout Western Massachusetts, upper Connecticut and Dog Shows and Seminars through New England and beyond. We come to you; meeting your time time schedule, saving you on gas, travel time and the ability to work around your busy life. Our schedule revolves around your needs.

Our Training Philosphy

I strongly believe that the relationship with your dog can be as strong as any human to human relationship can be. In such, I believe the training between you and your pal should include:

• Bonding Games
• Building trust between you and your pal
• Mental games for your dog
• Physical games for strength building
• Socialization, to make your friend comfortable in our strange and noisy world
• Recall Training (come when called)
• And most importantly, training should be fun for both partners; human and canine alike. If either of you are frustrated or the training feels like work then the training will not be as effective as it should be.
